Night Operations

Mirror 4 positioning for SUSI2 or SOFI :

• On the TCS main panel, press STOP TCS
• On the TCS main panel, select the instrument by pressing either SUSI2 or SOFI button.
• On the TCS main panel, press START TCS

1. Open a ccseiMsg window on wemmi
2. Select lemsu environment
3. Select suidevServer process
4. Issue command: status mirr4

• if "could not send command":
  • standby mirr4
  • online mirr4

If M4 is not at the required position, move it by doing the following

On the same ccseiMsg window, issue command:
 

       to move to SUSI2:     setup mirr4,name SUSI
       to move to SOFI:       setup mirr4,name SOFI

Positioning lasts 1 mn 15 sec.
