EMMI Calibration Plan : Biasses

As part of the EMMI calibration plan, daily bias are required. To execute the plan simply load and execute the observing block:

jp2pp-impex-stdcal/EMMI/Bias_and_Darks/CalPlan_EMMI_Daily_Biases_Normal

or load file
$INS_ROOT/SYSTEM/COMMON/OBD/emmi/Daily_Biases_Normal.obd

This procedure is described in 3.1 of EMMI/SUSI Morning Calibration Form user's guide. It runs in DIMD mode and lasts approximately 25 minutes. It is not necessary to take any special measures to save this data to DAT tape. This will be done as part of daily backup procedure which must be done whenever EMMI or SUSI frames are taken.
