SOFI Calibration Plan: Darks

As part of the SOFI calibration plan, daily darks are required. To execute the plan simply load and execute the template SOFI_img_cal_Darks.obd from directory /data/SOFI/SYSTEM/COMMON/SEQUENCES. The template takes approximately one minute to run. The darks should be taken daily, even if SOFI is not scheduled to be used. It is not necessary to take any special measures to save this data to DAT tape. This will be done as part of the daily backup procedure. For those occasions when SOFI is not scheduled, do not execute the daily backup procedure. It is sufficient to let the files accumulate until SOFI is scheduled next.
