M1 fixpoints monitoring

To measure the pressure on the fixpoints of the main mirror could help explaining bad IQ at certain positions of the telescope. However, as this is only a tool for measurement and not an improvement of the image quality it should have a low priority. Installing the new fixpoints, collecting this new data and analysing it, would take at least a year. By then it will be too late for any actions to be taken due to the finite lifetime of the telescope.
