The telescope and its auxiliary equipment is owned by the University of Copenhagen.

The telescope has fork mounting and is shown schematecally in Fig 1 The optics is of a Dall-Kirkham design with an ellipsoidal primary and spherical secondary. The telescope optics is very similar to the ESO 50 cm telescope.
