Imaging

Sensitivities for point sources have been measured and derived from the ongoning monitoring programof mid-infrared standard stars with TIMMI2 in selected imaging modes.

In the following table we give the typical (median), and the best (minimum) value of the sensitivity measured so far, ment to guide the observer to realistically evaluate the feasability of an observation. The up-to-date database is accessible graph/text.

Spectroscopy

Sensitivities for point sources have been measured and derived from the ongoing spectroscopy monitoring programof mid-infrared standard stars with TIMMI2 from 8 to 24 mm.

In the N band range (8-13 mm) the sensitivity increased sensibly after the intervention in October 2002. We are able to achieve ~50 mJy/10s/hr @ 10.6mm

The lates full spectral coverage measurement (and older) can be found here in postscript format.
