Essential to the implementation of the project has been a thorough training scheme. Progressive seminars have been addressed to the staff (and repeated to comprehend the various shifts working at the Observatory).

Up to now, three Seminaries were delivered to all the personnel. A first one, Induction to the ISO 9000:2000 Standard, for instance, has been given in 7 different occasions. This because, we want that the knowledge to reach the maximum number of people. The second one, Integrated Systems of Management, was done in 4 opportunities, and likewise the third one, Audit for a ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, was given four times.

Attendance certificates will be issued to those participating in these seminars, before the end of this year.
