ISO 9004:2000 Standard -Guidelines for Performance Improvements-(English PDF file).
ISO 14001:1997 Standard -Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental- (Spanish PDF file).
Any LSO ISO 9001:2000 Executive Comite member will be glad to give you access to them.
