A permanent Executive Committee, headed by our Director, Dr. Jorge Melnick, and also integrated by Gaetano Andreoni (Director's Representative), Luis Aguila, Javier Duk, Flavio Gutiérrez, Ramón Huidobro (Secretary), Agustín Macchino (Senior Auditor), R. Aguilar (Safety Engineer) and Jorge Miranda, is devoted to:
Plan and launch the project.
Review and evaluate
the project's progress.
Propose and approve actions to solve arising problems.
Coordinate the quality-related activities with the different departments
and teams of LSO.
Generate ideas and actions to improve the project.
Promote and present the project at all LSO levels.
Creating the Balance Score Card specifications, for instance, was a major recent task undertaken by this committee. Its results will allow a constant monitoring of all administrative variables bearing an impact in the service given by LSO. The BSC will be analogous to the control panels of an airplane cockpit, allowing quick analysis of situations and fast corrective action in the benefit of our customers.
