The movement of Aikido is the dynamic movement of the universal energy forces. The power of Aikido is the power of a strong and unified spirit, mind and body moving in harmony with everything around it.

At the end of each semester, Manuel Díaz Sensei (IV Dan) comes to evaluate the performance level of La Silla aikidokas. If you are seriously interested to join the latter, please fill out the form.
