2003-12-01 : FEROS-II and p2pp

Please take note of the following advise from ESO-USG when using p2pp for FEROS in Period-72.
 Dear FEROS people,

 We just realized that there is a
bug in the current p2pp distribution
to the users that prevents them from
downloading the FEROS IP. I don't
know if you have already found it out
there or how this affects the La
Silla installations, but in any case
here goes the fix:

- Go to the P2PP installation directory
- From
there, cd to p2pp-2.6/config
- Edit the file site.cf
- Look for the
line containing the keyword INSTRUMENTS.WITHNOIP
- In the list of
instruments that follow the keyword, remove FEROS

  This is a remnant
from past period, when FEROS didn't have an IP yet.

Alternatively, this bug will be fixed in the very near future (if not today 2003-12-01) and so one can avoid the above by downloading and installing the latest version of p2pp.
